Garlic Mincer & Oil Dipping bowl - Ocean Blue

Use this pottery dish to make your own garlic dipping oil at home. Simply rub a clove of garlic across the textured area to create a garlic puree, and top with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, crusty bread dipped in this makes for a great appetizer. You can also add salt and pepper or herbs and spices if you want to get fancy. It's so easy and delicious!

Made in our Cornish studio using speckled stoneware clay. This bowl is decorated inside with the Ocean Blue glossy glaze and left unglazed on the outside.
