Packaging & Sustainability

I aim to reduce waste by using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible:

1. Recycled cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape
2. Recyclable honeycomb paper and paper void filler for ceramics
3. Bubble wrap reused only when necessary — never new
4. Packing noodles dissolve in water or can go straight into compost

Please reuse or recycle packaging to help reduce waste.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your ceramics. If something’s wrong with your order:

Wrong item or quantity

Contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can fix it quickly.

Damaged in transit

Report any breakages within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of mind

Email me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a possible return.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days.

Items must be in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.
