Worried about missing the delivery? ... Then please leave a note when ordering to let me know a 'safe place' your parcel could be left - I can then include this in the delivery details.

As it takes time to package and send items, I estimate that your purchase will be sent out within 2-3 days, but please note that if I receive an unprecedented amount of orders shipping times may be affected as I am a one-woman business. I aim to process everything as quickly as possible and would appreciate your understanding and patience in receiving your items.

I offer free local pickup from my studio in Quintrell Downs, Newquay. When you are checking out you will have the option of selecting local pickup. Once your order is packed up and ready, I will send you an email with pickup instructions.

Please note that at this time I am not posting to Europe or Worldwide.

Packaging & Sustainability

I am trying to pay attention to my impact on the environment and I am therefore focusing on using sustainable packaging where possible. I will be posting all orders in cardboard boxes (recycled where possible) sealed with paper packing tape. The ceramics will be wrapped in recyclable honeycomb paper and paper void filler. If for any reason your ceramics are wrapped in bubble wrap it will be because I am recycling packaging I already have. Please reuse and recycle to help limit our waste. Our packing noodles dissolve in water or can be placed in your compost.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with the ceramics you receive. If you do receive the wrong item or quantity please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can rectify the issue. Also, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or breakages.

If for some reason the item is not what you expected, please email me within 48 hours of delivery and we can discuss whether a return is possible. I cannot accept returns after 14 days of receipt. If an item is returned in a non-resaleable condition, I will be unable to issue a refund. Please ensure you package the return carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
