When placing your order, please include a ‘safe place’ for your parcel if you’re worried about missing delivery. I’ll add this to your courier instructions.

UK Delivery

1. Standard Delivery: £6.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 24
2. Dispatch Time: 2–3 working days

I carefully package and send each order myself. I aim to dispatch within 2–3 days, but during busy periods there may be slight delays. Thank you for your patience and support for my one-woman business.

Local Pickup (Newquay)

1. Free local pickup option available at checkout
2. Once your order is ready, I’ll email you with collection instructions

Packaging & Sustainability

I aim to reduce waste by using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible:

1. Recycled cardboard boxes sealed with paper tape
2. Recyclable honeycomb paper and paper void filler for ceramics
3. Bubble wrap reused only when necessary — never new
4. Packing noodles dissolve in water or can go straight into compost

Please reuse or recycle packaging to help reduce waste.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your ceramics. If something’s wrong with your order:

Wrong item or quantity

1. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can fix it quickly.

Damaged in transit

1. Report any breakages within 48 hours of delivery.

Change of mind

1. Email me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss a possible return.
2. Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
3. Items must be in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund.

How to request a return

1. Email klayhousestudio@gmail.com with your order details
2. If your return is approved, I’ll provide the return address
3. Return postage must be covered by the customer
4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the item is received safely
