Handmade Finger-Pinched Ceramic Oil Pourer

A simple, tactile oil pourer made by hand on the potter’s wheel in my Newquay studio.

Height with pouring spout 22cm. Thrown in beautiful speckled stoneware clay, the surface is gently finger-pinched by hand, creating a soft, organic texture that makes each bottle slightly different. The subtle ridges aren’t just decorative — they give you a naturally comfortable grip when tipping and pouring.

Finished with a soft natural satin glaze, the earthy tones and little flecks of the speckled clay show through, giving the piece a warm, understated feel. Perfect for olive oil, dressings or your favourite cooking oil, this is a practical piece of handmade pottery designed to be left out and used every day.
